Tesco’s Bags of Help grant scheme approved our application! How happy are we?!
It means YOU can easily support the Rhys Jones Community Centre by doing what you already do – shopping at Tesco! And then, of course, voting for us 🙂
Tesco uses money from the sale of carrier bags in their stores to fund local community projects. YOU get to vote on which local projects you wish to support. We would really (really, really) appreciate your help and your vote.
From 1st May to 30th June 2018, you can vote for us using your Tesco blue tokens in all the Tesco stores below.
Please vote every time you shop at Tesco. If you don’t get a token from the cashier – please ask for one. Share and ask your friends to vote and support us setting up our Healthy Minds Project.

We need YOUR help!
We are asking you all across May and June to please use your Bags of Help votes to support the Rhys Jones Community Centre. We’re raising funds for our Healthy Minds Project – Rhys Jones /Croxteth Listening Service.
As a CIC (Community Interest Company), we are a not-for-profit business. We raise our funds by generating income, from donations, and funding grants such as this one. Any profit we do make is ploughed straight back into keeping the Centre running and offering a range of services for the community.
We are delighted we’ve been accepted onto the Bags of Help grant scheme. Thank you Tesco and Groundworks for approving our application.
